Super Green Complete

Description

100% organic, high-fibre fruit, vegetable and herbal blend:

Quickly and easily access 15 organic fruits, vegetables and herbals on a daily basis with this one tasty green shake mix.

It contains organic: activated pre-sprouted barley, apple, linseed / flaxseed, wheatgrass, quinoa, barley grass, alfalfa, kelp (Ascophyllum), spirulina, acai berry, carrot, turmeric, bilberry fruit, spinach leaf and lemon peel.

As well as providing phytonutrients (such as chlorophyll), it provides 12.3g of plant protein per 100g, as well as 13.1g of fibre. Barley grain fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk.

This organic blend also provides 72.8g of carbohydrate per 100g (with just 12.4g sugars).

Carbohydrates contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function (with a daily intake of 130g of carbohydrates from all sources). They also contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle (with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours).
